· We are a builder that rarely does stock plans as they seldom are just right for you, your lot or your budget. The exception is IN-LAW additions and 4-SEASON additions where we have some stock plans.

 

· We have found that we can design a plan faster than we can find the perfect plan.

 

· We have many plans and variations of plans that we have designed under “IDEAS” and we are adding the plans to all the projects we have build under:

· The best place to start is to meet at your lot If building new or to meet at the building you are looking to add onto or remodel. Have your plan ideas and survey available if you can.
