Financing has become a little more interesting today and finding banks that can and want to lend money is not like it used to be. We had a few excellent financing sources for 25 years that no longer work today.
The first place to start is with your current banker if you have a good relationship.
Next we have found a bank that has made it their business to finance modular construction as they found the product is better, the risk window is much smaller, the average customer is a better risk so just good business.
